With 23 years as a registered nurse, Collette has dedicated her career to travel nursing, specializing in pediatric trauma and emergency care at Level 1 trauma centers nationwide. In addition to her medical expertise, Collette also brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Mentored by her father, she worked from apprentice to partner in his very successful venture, Z&Z.
After working through the trials and tribulations of travel as a nurse for many years, Collette is committed to minimizing those stresses so traveling professionals can embrace their journey.
30+ years experience in software engineering, Yannick has been at the helm of numerous teams throughout his career. He has produced a variety of projects for fortune 500 companies and major brands, the likes of: AOL, Kodak, Haagen-Dazs, the Olympic Games Committee, Playtex, Fisher-Price, Mattel, HSBC, Trico, Dana and LegalZoom.
Yannick is an avid Agile practitioner and an accomplished ScrumMaster, as well as an advocate of the Lean start-up principles. He was recently CTO of ZIZO (zizo.ai) a workplace gamification platform. A passionate entrepreneur, Yannick thrives on helping businesses launch products from zero-to-grow, which has led him to make the INC 500/5000 list three times in his career.
37 years as a professional project manager in the construction and real estate development field. Fred spent the last 20 years as a senior manager and department director. He managed over $500 million dollars of construction and development projects for national retail projects, office, warehouse, hotels, & medical offices. Coordinated and oversaw the very successful completion of projects with major national corporations.
Proven growth strategist with over two decades of experience scaling digital platforms and driving user engagement through data-driven marketing strategies. She has demonstrated exceptional ability to launch new programs and dramatically increase conversion rates through strategic messaging and cross-channel optimization.
Alyssa consistently delivered measurable results across diverse industries throughout her career, from education technology to e-commerce platforms.
Her work in education — a heavily regulated, stakeholder-diverse environment similar to healthcare — has given her unique insights into building trust with sensitive audiences.
